4”x4” Treated Skid Base, 2”x4” floor joists @ 16” on center covered with 5/8” flooring. Sidewalls are 2”x4” studs with double top plate , covered with 1⁄2” plywood and Dutch Lap Siding. Roof rafters are 2”x4” with 1⁄2” plywood decking and 25 yr shingles. Double doors windows w/shutters, gable vents

Garages: 2”x4” floor joists @ 12” on center, 1-side door and 9'x7' garage door
